Paignton Zoo Blackdown barn

ABOUT

Paignton Zoo is home to thousands of animals and plants, there is a whole world to explore.

Come face to face with the free-swinging lemurs of lemur Wood, get up close with the monkeys of Monkey Heights and greet the gorillas in their nests.

There's just so much to do, take in the Feathered Feats bird show, get your face painted, join the keepers for a fun talk, catch the animals at feeding time or let the train take the strain with a trip around Gibbon Island Lake.

After the miniature train ride, there are plenty of indoor and outdoor playareas where the kids can let off steam and then refuel at our restaurant or one of our snack bars.
